After Hours & Emergencies

If you call the office and we are gone for the day, you can leave a message in our voice mail and we will call you promptly when we return.

If you feel that you must speak with Dr. Pekala right away, you will be prompted to call 856-573-1025. This is our emergency message service. You will then leave a message including your name, your phone number, and a brief message for why you are calling. Dr. Pekala will return your call as soon as possible.

If, for some reason such as a storm causing loss of phone service, you do not hear back from Dr. Pekala within 30 minutes, and you feel you have an eye emergency, please go to the Wills Eye Emergency Room at Ninth and Walnut in Philadelphia. Their phone number is 215-503-8080.
